Join us for a small-scale, in-person networking and learning event. Have you ever had a project that you were asked to provide a status update for, but couldn't because "it was still with the city?" 

This Roundtable event aims to give you the tools to help you find those answers and know who to talk to without getting stuck in a phone tree. We will feature city staff officials who can give you the tips you need to be an informed property manager and ensure you have the answer to the question of, "where is this project at?"

Additionally, we will be discussing the state of the Northeast market and covering advocacy updates in the region, including addressing a possible transfer tax in Glendale.
