We all know that we are responsible for enforcing social distance in certain common spaces. However, many building managers in the Burbank, Glendale, and Pasadena find themselves in a grey area and are left asking themselves: "Is this my responsibility or my tenants?"

Rather than guess, join us for our Northeast Power Hour and have a conversation with representatives from the Tri-Cities and LA County on where responsibility falls throughout your building.

This Power Hour will seek to:

• Answer your questions about grey areas when it comes to enforcing social distancing and sanitation in the Tri-Cities.
• Clarify the responsibility of manager vs. tenants in and outside of leased space.
• Understand how to handle shared spaces that are hard to enforce, such as bathrooms.
