Emerging Leaders Event: Tenant Communication in the New Normal

Description

It has been over a year since the stay-at-home orders were initiated, vacating many from the workplace and into their home offices. Everyday interactions have changed immensely with some going virtual and others becoming nonexistent. Tenant engagement is one of the daily roles most heavily impacted by the virtual environment. To dive deeper into this topic, we are hosting a panelist of leaders in the BOMA/GLA community to discuss how they have overcome the challenges posed by the “new normal” work environment.

• Learn what platforms of communication have been most successful to keep tenants informed.
• Listen to the creative ways the panelists have been able to maintain tenant engagement in the new normal work environment.
• Participate in a Q&A session of how the panelists plan to re-engage with tenants and host safe tenant appreciation events as people gradually return to the office.
