On November 8, Angelenos will vote on two dramatic property tax increases: Measures ULA and SP. 

ULA is the largest property tax increase in LA history. It would raise the real estate transfer tax rate 5% for virtually all BOMA/GLA members – a 12x increase. 

SP will impose an 8 cent/square foot parcel tax on all properties. 

Both will dramatically increase everyone’s cost of living and undermine your assets while doing very little to address the big challenges facing Los Angeles. 

Defeating both ballot initiatives is BOMA/GLA’s top priority this November.
